Today in Parliament I spoke in the King's Speech debate about planning in Romsey and Southampton North. The issue of brownfield sites and getting the brewery site developed is one I have raised again and again. 

We need powers that force developers with extant planning permissions to complete the development. I know that's not going to be easy legislation - but we have waited 40 years for that site to be built on
