Caroline at the Cancer Research UK event in Westminster

Smoking remains the single biggest cause of cancer, leading to nearly 300,000 cancer cases in the UK during this parliamentary term alone if trends continue.

Last week, I met with inspiring campaigners from Cancer Research UK in Westminster, who shared their personal experiences with this devastating disease. Their message was clear: we must prioritise public health and take bold action to save lives.
