Last month was the second Menopause Friendly Employer Awards in London, celebrating all those employers, large and small, who have put in place effective policies to support perimenopausal and menopausal employees.
It was fantastic to see such a wide range of companies supporting the awards, and being recognised by Henpicked for their achievements. There has been a real increase in both awareness of menopause as an employment issue and also in companies achieving accredited status.
